• Personnel shall be trained and provided with familiarization about the relation of their operational requirements with Lab Management System through documented policies and procedures derived to conform with related best practices.
• Lab shall encourage its employees to suggest improvements/modifications in the lab management system with the aim to improve and enhance lab competence and capability for delivering the best services to its customers.
• Lab shall follow objective-driven approach to ensure their achievement, revision and renewal on annual basis to express continual growth and enhancement of Lab Management System to meet international standard requirements.
